Your dedicated EdTech Relations General Manger (RGM) will arrange all the necessary details between the publishers and your school including onboarding, curriculum discovery and publisher relations, so you don’t have to.
Phase 2: Implementation Plan
Your EdTech RGM will be the project manager for your school throughout the entire implementation process including booklist and roster intake, platform setup, purchase order management and teacher account setup (giving you your summers back!)
Phase 3: Training and Support for Teachers
EdTech will offer your teachers training to ensure a smooth transition. Training may occur at any time, upon request and includes webinars, training materials, a professional development portal, and on-site training options as well as live phone support.
Phase 4: Testing and Quality Assurance
EdTech will provide quality assurance testing to ensure an effective execution of the digital program, including roster syncing success, user booklist display, as well as publisher platform access.
Phase 5: Go Live
EdTech will ensure that all teachers and students are able to access their correct content on Day 1 through their accounts. School licenses will be provisioned, schedule changes will be managed, and go-live support is provided to answer those last-minute questions.
Phase 6: Ongoing Support
EdTech offers many support options to ensure that your school and your students are receiving the best experience possible. Year-round support includes troubleshooting issues with platform and publishers as well as providing support directly to teachers and students.
